Day 13:Traveling

Traveling is going to be something pretty much everybody has to deal with, at least from time to time. Some will have to do more than others, but I’ll include everybody in this.

This is how you can prepare for traveling during this program.

  • Carry your meals in a cooler bag with a bag of frozen vegetables to keep your meals fresh. If you’re flying, they will not let you take liquid-based cold packs on the plane, but frozen veggies are fine and do the trick. Once you land, get your food into a fridge as soon as possible.
  • Carry all of your supplements in your bag. I personally opt for KAGED MUCSLE capsules for things like BCAAs and GLUTAMINE when traveling because they’re much more convenient. Carry a small funnel as well to fill your water bottle with HYDRA-CHARGE without spilling it!
  • Always keep a back-up protein shake in your luggage in case you run out of time or get caught in traffic. This way, no matter what happens, you can get a meal down when needed. You can pack servings of protein powder in zip lock bags to keep your luggage manageable.
